  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and designer box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
