What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?

ZNZ Jewelry provides a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
